We have hundreds of candy bar wrapper designs, printed in full color on the highest quality glossy paper. We use a laser printer for the personalized text, not an ink jet!
When ordering Wrappers & Chocolate, we use standard full size 1.55 ounce Hershey's� Milk Chocolate Bars.* We wrap the chocolate bar in a foil sheet or envelope, then place the personalized candy wrapper over the foil covering. We provide silver foil free of charge!
There is a minimum order of 24 for all full sized candy wrappers and a minimum order of 20 for all miniature candy bars. There is a minimum order of 48 for most other personalized candy products.
Order Processing Time for Personalized Candy Wrappers or Bars:
After your order is received, we will e-mail you a proof of your personalized candy bar wrapper within three business days of receipt of your order, although it is usually sooner. You can request changes to the proof, in which case we will send you a revised proof as soon as possible. Once you have approved the proof, we will begin printing and preparing your order. Your order will ship within 5-7 business days of final proof approval. Upon shipment, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped. Shipping time depends on the method of shipping that you choose. In the event you need a "rush" order, please call us or e-mail us with your special request and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
For very large orders (more than 1000 bars) extra time may be needed to prepare your order. Please call us at 1-800-673-5013 for an estimate of large order processing time.

Return Policy:
We want you to be totally satisfied with you order and we will make every effort to assure that you are. However, since each order is personalized, we cannot accept returns due to errors in personalization information you provide to us or for errors on proofs you have approved. CHECK YOUR DATES AND SPELLINGS VERY CAREFULLY! In the rare occasion your order would arrive damaged, please contact us immediately for return instructions (within one (1) week of receipt of your order). This does not include melting unless the Warm Weather Shipping Policy is followed below.
NO REQUESTS FOR RETURNS WILL BE CONSIDERED IF THE REQUEST IS NOT MADE WITHIN ONE (1) WEEK OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR OTHERWISE.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy:
Chocolate melts in warm weather, so we strongly recommend that you order Wrappers Only during 70+ degree weather. In the event you would like to order the wrappers and chocolate during warm weather months, we will use extra precaution in shipping your order by using cooling packs and extra shipping material. We can only guarantee your shipment against melting if you choose next day air as the shipping method.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Once you approve a proof and we begin printing your order, it cannot be canceled. If we receive a cancellation request prior to the final approval of a proof, we will cancel your order for you, however a $5 fee may apply for preparation of the proof. If we receive a cancellation request prior to a proof being prepared, we will cancel your order and no charges will apply.
Orders for personalized music CDs may be canceled only if the CD has not been created yet. The creation of the CD occurs very quickly after an order is placed. If the CD for the order has already been created, the order may not be canceled and no refund will be given as the CD cannot be resold due to its personalization.
Changes to Proofs:
You can make three edits to the text of a proof that were not contained in your original order. If you require a change to a proof due to our error, this does not count as an edit. After three different customer requested edits to text, additional edits may be requested at a $5 charge per text edit.
Some designs that start with product ID CU can be modified to change certain colors or placements of graphics on the design. These are considered custom modifications to the design itself. You are permitted one custom modification for these designs. Any further modifications in color or placement will require a $10 additional fee per modification request. Also color modification requests will require a pms color match.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed on orders to residents of the state of Ohio (7%) since TheCandyBarWrapper.com is located in the state of Ohio. All other states are currently tax-exempt.
Do you need a rush order?
If you need a rush order of personalized candy wrappers, choose any design that begins with the product ID code of CU, then specify in the comments box that this is a rush order and the date that you need it by. In most cases your order can ship out the next business day. Make sure you choose the appropriate shipping method to have your order on time. Express mail is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive, but this time is just estimated and is not guaranteed by the post office and therefore is not guaranteed by us. The product ID Code of the design that you would like
How many you will need
The zip code of the address the order will be shipped to

If the candy design that you want does not begin with the product ID code of CU, then please call us at 1-800-673-5013 and we will be able to tell you the soonest that you order can ship out which can be anywhere from 1 day to 5-7 business days.
If you need a rush order of products other than personalized candy wrappers, please call us at 1-800-673-5013 and we will let you know the earliest time frame that we will be able to get your order to you.
